TERMS & CONDITIONS
The fulfilment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered.
Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered.
If the products delivered have defects, the customer should notify Come Va Ltd within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures and describe the defect, filling the form on CONTACT US page.
Come Va Ltd guarantees a full refund. You can return a product to Come Va Ltd within 20 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.
You cannot return:
• personalized products
• products purchased for professional and/or commercial use
Refund subject to an item being returned to us in the same condition as received.
Products returned with damaged or without hang tag label, used or incomplete, with the original packaging missing or damaged, will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any engraved product.
In case of free return, Come Va Ltd will provide prepaid label.
If a different label is used, the shipping cost of the return will not be reimbursed. For each order we provide a prepaid label only.
For all other cases, the return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Come Va Ltd suggests to use a tracked shipping system.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
All Tuscany Leather bags products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product.
In case there are any problems the customer should contact Come Va Ltd and provide pictures of the problem filling the form on CONTACT US page.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colours and materials.
Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.
Come Va Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
Images and colours of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colours due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
COFFEE RETURNS POLICY
Any item you order from us can be returned within seven days for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be unused & in perfect condition in their original packaging. We suggest that you return using an insured delivery (available at the Post Office) as we cannot be responsible for returned goods damaged in transit.
Remember to include your name and address and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.
